The end of August is nearing and you know what that means... The State Fair.

What do you like about the fair? The drive?...nah, the parking?...no, the lines?... never!...the  Food?  Yes!!

During the Minnesota State Fair, Stella's is offering food on a stick and more. Last year's event went over big, with corn on the cob, chicken fried bacon, deep fried pickles, deep fried mac and cheese, aussie potatoes, cheese curds and this year we are bringing all that and more...

This year we'll have mini doughnuts!

So, if you like the fair food but don't like the drive, the parking, the lines... come to Stella's and save the hassle.

Menu:

Pork Chop on a stick

Tender Iowa raised pork brined overnight with brown sugar, molasses, and rock salt. Rubbed vigorously with our secret rib rub, and flame broiled until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Fried Corn on the Cob

Fresh Minnesota sweet corn battered and fried until golden. Served with jalapeno-honey butter.

Holly’s Frickle Chips

Thick slices of dill pickle battered and fried until crispy. Suggested with ranch!

Auzzie Potatoes

Thick slices of Yukon Gold potato seasoned, beer battered then fried until crisp and golden outside and hot and creamy inside. Served with seasoned sour cream.

Slater’s Slab of Bacon on a Stick

Smoked pork belly hand cut in house, lightly peppered and grilled until crispy, then brushed with a maple-pineapple sweet onion glaze.

Corn Dogs

A variety of sausages (Italian, Smoked, and 100% beef hot dog) battered in honey-corn meal batter and fried until golden. Served with sun dried tomato ketchup. –Add Fries for $2

Macaroni & Cheese Bites

Fried until crispy outside, but still creamy inside. Suggested with ranch.

Cheese Curds

A basket of fried until golden brown garlic cheese nuggets!

Overstuffed Baked Potato

An enormous Idaho baked until perfect then opened and stuffed with your choice or ingredients.

Forest Lake Fritters

Minnesota sweet corn, jalapenos, fresh cilantro,  and a blend of secret spices fried until golden. Served with smoked jalapeño ranch.

Monkey Bites

Tender cubes of chicken seasoned and rolled in cornstarch and flour, then fried until crispy and tossed with fresh pineapple, mango, and plum sauce.
