Orecchiette Carbonara
Spicy homemade fennel-pork sausage, pancetta, smoked pork belly, garlic, onion, carrot, sweet peas, egg, cream and pecorino romano tossed with ear shaped pasta.
Radiatori Cacciatore
Smoked chicken and homemade sweet sausage, bell pepper, cippolini onion, zucchini, scallions, wild mushrooms (cremini, morel, portabella, oyster, porcini, shiitake, elephant’s ear, chanterelle, and agaricus mushrooms), and garlic, sautéed in rosemary infused olive oil. Deglazed with chianti then tossed with fresh oregano, thyme, and radiatori in a sun dried tomato gravy.
Ravioli
Pasta pillows filled with ricotta, wild mushrooms, garlic, and shallots. Tossed with vermouth, cream, spinach, roma tomato, and parmesan cheese. Garnished with spinach pesto.

Ziti tossed in a rich gravy made with veal, homemade Italian pork sausage, garlic, roma tomatoes, and fresh oregano.
Baked Spaghetti
Tortellini
Ricotta filled tortellini in a thick creamy sauce made with roma tomato, fresh basil, roasted garlic, and cream. Garnished with gorgonzola, toasted pine nuts, and chile oil.
Spinach/Chicken/Seafood Manicotti
Small sheets of pasta rolled around a creamy filling made with caramelized shallots, garlic, ricotta, provolone, and fresh baby spinach/chicken/shrimp. Baked until golden and topped with smoked tomato sauce/garlic cream/sherry cream sauce.
Minnesota Mac and Cheese
Smoked bacon, ham, and Andioulle sausage sautéed with garlic, Anaheim pepper, and Vidalia onion. Tossed with macaroni in a savory sauce made with gruyere Swiss, big eye Swiss, smoked cheddar, and white zinfandel. Topped with bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, roma tomato, bacon bits, and green onion.
Tortellini Straw and Hay
A favorite of the regulars. Sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms, peas, and Prosciutto ham are tossed with ricotta filled tortellini and Alfredo sauce.
Chicken Parmesan
Tenderized breast of chicken, lightly breaded in Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and fried to a golden brown. Topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese baked to a golden brown and served with a side of our spaghetti.
