Crawfish Boil
Mudbugs, Crawdads or crawfish...no matter what you call'em, they are delish!

We will be ordering over 160 pounds of LIVE Louisiana Crawfish for this event.   And we're getting the JUMBO ones...12 to the pound kind.

If you've experienced a crawfish boil before you know what you're in for.  If not, get ready for some good eatin'.  There will be platters of crawfish in the shell served in traditional fashion with redskin potatoes, corn on the cob and drawn butter.  It's gonna get messy!

Chef Geno will be bringing back some of the favorites from Mardi Gras too!  You'll remember these I'm sure...

Hurricane Shrimp12
Jumbo Gulf shrimp marinated in coconut milk, lime, cumin, and coriander, then wrapped with paper thin kataifi and fried until crispy. Drizzled with Chile oil and avocado sour cream. 

Entrees

Gulf shrimp, roasted chicken, andioulle sausage, smoked pork sausage, ham, garlic, sweet bell pepper, Vidalia onion, sweet corn, and okra slow cooked with fresh tomatoes and herbs. Served over Bayou Rice with a jalapeño-cornbread muffin.

Slow cooked in the Creole style. This savory Louisiana classic is made with shrimp, scallops, crawfish and clams. Served over bayou rice with a jalapeño- cornbread muffin.

Red Beans and Rice14
Slow cooked red beans with a variety of smoked sausages, ham, and Tasso.   Served over Bayou Rice with a jalapeño- cornbread muffin.

Cajun Penne Pasta14
Spring onion, sweet bell pepper, roasted fennel, garlic, Ancho rubbed chicken, and andioulle sausage tossed in a spicy Cajun cream sauce with penne. Served with a jalapeño-cornbread muffin.
