Our famous Broaster chicken® wings are known throughout the Midwest. Served plain or tossed in your choice of one of our 3 signature sauces (Buffalo, BBQ, or Teriyaki) Served with celery sticks and your dressing choice. Also available boneless!
Spinach Artichoke Dip
A blend of spinach, artichoke hearts, caramelized onions, and Parmesan cheese. Served with crispy tortilla chips or warm French bread.
Walleye Cakes
Diced Canadian walleye, capers, lemon juice, and cilantro are mixed with seasoned bread crumbs and grilled to a golden brown. Served with a spicy remoulade and citrus tartar sauce.
Better Than Chili Cheese Fries
Waffle fries smothered in beef, our fire roasted vegetable queso sauce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, green onions, Applewood smoked bacon, and smoked jalapeño ranch dressing.
Pizzini
A 12” pizza topped with our homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and your choice of pepperoni, italian sausage or extra cheese.
Chicken Fingers
Breaded and lightly fried chicken tenderloins. Served with Bourbon BBQ and honey mustard dipping sauces.
Onion Rings
Hand cut thick sliced onions are battered and fried until golden. Served with homemade sundried tomato ketchup.
Nachos Magnificos
Tortilla chips layered with your choice of beef, chicken, or pork, homemade fire roasted vegetable queso sauce, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, jalapeños, black olives, roasted sweet corn, and green onions. Served with sour cream and salsa.
Max’s Spring Rolls
Crispy wonton skins hand rolled with cabbage, sprouts, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, and pork. Served with a sweet chili sauce.
Potato Skins
Deep fried Idaho potato skins are filled with cheddar cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, and then baked until golden. Served with seasoned sour cream.
Quesadillas
Two large flour tortillas filled with cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, pico de gallo, and smoked jalapeño pepper sauce. Choose from grilled vegetables, beef, chicken, or pork.
